Position and/or Project Description:
Expertise in SharePoint (3 to 5 years) is required. OneDrive, M365, and Exchange Online skills as well.
Mandatory Education/Certifications:
Microsoft Certified Professional Developer - SharePoint
Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist - SharePoint
Desired Education/Certifications:
2 to 4 years of formal education (technical school or university)
Mandatory Experience:
Projects and support that include Microsoft SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online. This should be from a developer perspective and include:
Proficiency in the SharePoint Platform:Â A strong understanding of the SharePoint platform, including its user interface, business intelligence, collaboration, and content management capabilities.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Familiarity with the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment1.
Customization and Integration:Â Experience in designing, developing, and implementing customized SharePoint solutions and integrating them with other systems.
Technical Documentation:Â Ability to create technical documentation and user guides for new systems or updates.
Security Management:Â Ensuring the security of SharePoint systems by setting up and managing user permissions.
Desired Experience:
Setting up and supporting Exchange Online and OneDrive.
Deliverables to include:
Custom Web Parts, Workflows, and Forms: Developing custom web parts, workflows, and forms to enhance the functionality of SharePoint sites.
Site and Application Maintenance: Designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and applications to ensure they meet business requirements.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Providing technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues to ensure smooth operation.
User Training and Documentation: Creating technical documentation and user guides and providing training to users on new systems or updates.
