Job Summary:

Client is seeking OpenText Developer and Support Analysts to join our Business Solutions team. The analysts will be responsible for various tasks related to OpenText applications, including development, support, and administration.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Application configurations

  • Technical specifications and design documents

  • Operational guides

  • Upgrade guides

  • Installation guides

  • Deployment plans

  • System Reports

  • Disaster recovery procedures

  • KBAS (Knowledge Base Articles) related to common issues, FAQs, how to and workarounds for known issues

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience with OpenText ECM Suite (versions 10.5 to 16)

  • Experience with OpenText Archive Center

  • Experience with OpenText Directory Services (OTDS)

  • Experience with OpenText Intelligent Classification/Magellan Text Mining/Auto-Classification

  • Experience with OpenText Intelligence/Magellan BI & Reporting

  • Experience supporting and administrating Knowledgemill for OpenText Email Management

  • Experience supporting and administrating GCI PowerTools for Documents

  • Experience supporting and administrating Invoice Capture Center, Imaging Enterprise Scan and Vendor Invoice Management

  • Data modeling and analysis

  • Testing best practice knowledge
