About the Role
The Report Developers role is to participate in all development and testing activities related to operational report for the new platform. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Oracle Cloud reporting tools and data structures are critical to successful performance in this role.
Duties of the Resource(s) will include, but are not necessarily limited to:
1.Participate in report development tasks liaising between business units, data stewards, and development teams.
2.Report development work including report creation, report testing, report modification and report deployment.
3.Ensure that report development tasks meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements, and identify and resolve systems issues.
4.Ensure that developed reports are aligned with project and Government of Saskatchewan standards and best practices.
5.Develop technical specifications and unit testing documents for report development work.
6.Follow standards and processes to support report development tasks and initiatives.
7.Identify common patterns and document best practices for reports.
8.Participate in the testing phase of the project to identify and remedy potential problem areas. Technologies used by Government of Saskatchewan include:
