Senior Support Developer

NGIT's client Digital, Technology and Security (DT&S) Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) team is seeking proposals for a Senior Development, Maintenance, and Support (.NET, Cherwell) Resource. NGIT's client’s environment consists of a comprehensive web environment utilizing the following technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSON, .Net, and Angular. Our web hosting environment is Internet Information Services 10 (IIS). Our development environments include: .NET 6, Angular 14, DevOps, and PowerBuilder.

Other technologies used include SQL Server 2008 - 2019 as well as Oracle 19c. Our server environment consists of Windows Server in a virtualized (VMWare) environment, AIX, and Oracle Solaris. NGIT's client’s client operating system is Windows 10 Enterprise.

Some of NGIT's client’s larger application imprints are: EnterpriseOne, ESRI, Content Server, Customer Care and Billing, Quorum, Cherwell, DocuSign, IFS, and Jira. NGIT's client currently utilizes the following platforms: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft DevOps, Office 365, Microsoft Office, SharePoint Online, EnterpriseOne, ESRI ArcGIS

The proposed Senior Resource candidate must have the following skills listed below to be considered:

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years development experience using C# .Net.

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience integrating with Web API’s (REST and JSON);

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing modern Web API’s.

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing web applications using Angular, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years database scripting experience using SQL Server 2012 or higher.

• Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Cherwell development and integrations.

• Resource will be required to work and be located full time on-site at Office in Regina, SK.

The proposed Senior Resource candidate preferably have the following skills and experience listed below:

• Have a minimum of five (5) years development and integration experience with modern Web APIs (SOAP and XML).

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Python.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience configuring and deploying applications in Internet Information Services (IIS) 10 or greater.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Microsoft Azure Administration, including DevOps.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Microsoft Graph.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Apple Xcode.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Fiddler.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Postman.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in PowerShell Scripting.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in SQL Server Integration Services.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Android Application Management.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in iOS Application Management.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in macOS.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in BizTalk 2016 or higher Administration and Development.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in PowerBuilder 2019R3 or higher.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Cherwell Administration 10.4.3 or higher (Service Management & Ticketing).

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience in Oracle Access Manager Administration.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years development experience using ESRI ArcGIS online.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years development experience using ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps (repos, pipelines, artifacts);

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with either Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code, including Test Tools.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience load testing and performance tuning.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using git;

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with SQL Server Reporting Services 2012 or higher.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years database scripting using Oracle 10g or higher (including Queriers, Store Procedures, Data Modeling);

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Oracle SQL Developer.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience using Windows Server 2016 or higher.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Active Directory Integrations.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Jira administration and integrations.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with IFS integrations.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience with Workday integrations.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience developing and maintaining documentation.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience performing code reviews.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience working as a project team member in required technical roles including operational acceptance lead ensuring projects delivered are transitioned to operations effectively.

• Have a minimum of five (5) years experience addressing production support issues, changes and enhancements, and coordination of ongoing maintenance tasks (i.e., application and database server upgrades).

• Have a recognized bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline.
