Position and/or Project Description: Looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer (Azure Solution Architect) to assist with the design and development of the Client Azure IT Environment.

Resource Qualifications:

Mandatory Experience:

1.      Previous experience in managing and implementing the Azure DevOps tools, including Pipelines, Repos, and Boards, to ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices are followed. This role focuses on implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) and automating the deployment pipelines, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and automation throughout the environment.

Desired Experience:

1.      Hands-on experience and proven track record managing the Azure DevOps tools, including Pipelines, Repos, and Boards, to ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices are followed. This role focuses on implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) and automating the deployment pipelines, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and automation throughout the environment.

Deliverables:

Responsibilities: Manages the Azure DevOps tools, including Pipelines, Repos, and Boards, to ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices are followed. This role focuses on implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) and automating the deployment pipelines, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and automation throughout the environment.

Key Deliverables:

1.      Automated deployment pipelines using Azure Pipelines.

2.      Infrastructure as code scripts and templates.

3.      CI/CD practices to streamline updates and infrastructure changes.

4.      Set Up Azure DevOps Repositories

5.      Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

6.      Automate Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipelines

7.      Integrate Security and Compliance Checks into Pipelines

8.      Manage Project Boards and Workflows

9.      Create Automated Testing for Infrastructure Deployments

10.  Enable Infrastructure Monitoring and Alerts

11.  Automate Zero Trust Policies Deployment

12.  Manage Rollback Strategies and Disaster Recovery within Pipelines

13.  Collaborate with Cloud Architect and Security Engineers

14.  Document Pipeline Configurations and Best Practices

15.  Optimize CI/CD Pipelines for Performance
